Please note: This is how I swaddled my own children. I have
no medical training and only offer my experience as a mother.

Step 1
Fold down the top corner of the blanket and position the baby with shoulders at the fold. Position baby arms straight down at their sides.
Step 2
Bring the left side of the blanket across the baby’s body and firmly tuck under the right arm (their left arm) securing their arms in place.
Step 3
Bring the bottom corner up so the feet are touching the bottom fold and snugly tuck under the right side again.
Step 4
Firmly pull the right side across the baby then wrap around making a firm swaddle. Not so tight anyone is getting hurt but firm enough so they can’t wiggle around.
